As Principal of Atrium Commercial, Jill commands a reputation as a strategic force in Florida’s commercial real estate industry. She brings over two decades of high-impact expertise spanning large commercial land sales,new development, urban redevelopment, and government-driven projects. Operating across Central Florida, Jill delivers precision-driven real estate strategies to an expansive network of regional and national clients.
Renowned for her ability to structure and close complex transactions, Jill draws on deep market intelligence, sophisticated deal-making skills, and a powerful network of relationships at both the local and national levels. Her transaction portfolio exceeds $1 billion in sales and leases since 2002—reflecting a track record of consistent value creation and leadership in dynamic market environments.
Jill holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida and is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. Beyond her transactional success, she is a recognized urban strategist who has helped shape the physical and economic landscape of Central Florida. She served as Chair of the City of Orlando Appearance Review Board. In addition, her civic leadership includes appointments to the City of Orlando Municipal Planning Board and a gubernatorial appointment to the Regional Planning Council for District 6—affirming her status as a trusted voice in regional growth and policy development.

With over 19 years of transactional experience, he is a trusted advisor known for aligning short-term execution with long-term asset performance—delivering strategic solutions backed by market data that consistently generates success.
JP is a seasoned negotiator and market strategist with deep expertise in complex National Retail Lease Negotiations, Shopping Center repositioning, Investment Sales, Outparcel Sales and Ground Leases. His command of complex deal structures, coupled with a strong network and sharp market insight, has led to over $1 billion in successful Sale and Lease transactions.
A Cum Laude graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Real Estate, JP is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and holds elite industry credentials, including the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CLS (Certified Leasing Specialist) designations. He is a committed leader in the industry, maintaining active involvement with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the UCF Alumni Association.
JP’s ability to create value at every stage of the commercial real estate lifecycle—combined with his relentless focus on client success—positions him as a key figure in the regional and institutional investment landscape.

Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate at Atrium Commercial, Rebekah brings a dynamic and results-driven approach to retail leasing, development, and land strategies across Central Florida. She specializes in leasing for existing shopping centers, ground-up developments, and the sale and ground leasing of outparcels—delivering measurable value to landlords, developers, and retailers alike.
Rebekah’s market reach spans from Downtown Orlando to Florida’s East Coast, where she has successfully represented a diverse portfolio of properties and clients. Her career in commercial real estate began in 2016, where she quickly advanced from intern to Brokerage Coordinator, gaining cross-sector exposure in land development, urban infill residential, and retail leasing. She was soon promoted to Associate, specializing in retail, and has since worked with a wide range of both local and national retailers.
Mentored by industry leaders Jill Roberts and JP Beaulieu, Rebekah blends strategic leasing insight with a strong foundation in research and marketing—bringing a unique and modern perspective to every project she touches. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served as a committee member of the Local chapter.
